Sales Tax:
At Home Naturally charges sales tax on shipments to California, and on those particular products manufactured in the same state of the ship-to customer.
Mail Order Damaged Merchandise:
On the rare occasion that damage occurs through the shipping process, be sure to have damage noted on bill of lading and REFUSE delivery. If damaged material is accepted, purchaser will pay all return charges. If, after removing your item(s) from its packaging you notice a defect or damages, please contact us so that we may replace the damaged item(s) free of charge in the case of a manufacturing defect. In order for the exchange to take place, the item(s) must be new and unused. All claims must be made within 48 hours after receiving product. Retain all packaging and contact us at (818)988-4441 immediately to obtain a Return Authorization Number. RAN numbers must appear on the outside shipping carton on all defective returns along with a copy of the packing list stating a list of contents. Defective return shipments without a RAN # will be refused and return to the shipper at their expense. Credit will be extended on only those items listed on the original customer return authorization request. Items returned with either broken or missing parts are ineligible for credit. Items returned in un-saleable or abused condition are ineligible for credit and will be returned to the shipper at their expense.
Return Policy:
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is placed. In the unlikely event that you're not completely satisfied with your At Home Naturally purchase, most goods, with some exceptions, can be refunded your purchase price within 30 days of your purchase less shipping and handling charges incurred. Together with the reason for the request, the product returned to us must be in the same condition as when purchased. Returned items must be in resalable condition, and must be returned with the original carton, packaging and receipt. Contact At Home Naturally at (818)988-4441 immediately to obtain a Return Authorization Number and address of where to return item. Some items must be returned directly to the manufacturer. RAN numbers must appear on the outside shipping carton on all returns.
A 25% restocking fee will apply to ALL returns (with exceptions listed below).

Baby & Bedding products:
No refunds are given on beds unless product is defective or damaged. If your product arrives defective, please notify us within 48 hours delivery. If customer is dissatisfied with bedding accessories or baby accessories they can return UNOPENED products to the manufacturer and will be charged 25% re-stocking fee. Customer must pay all shipping costs. The quality of our bedding and baby products are assured through our warranty service, outlined below.

Your specialty air cleaner is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for five years from the date of purchase.
5-year pro-rated filter warranty:
The filter has a pro-rated 5-year warranty, by far the most comprehensive in the industry. Note: Any Special Offer of Free Shipping does not apply to exchanges (first unit only).
Friedrich Air Filters:
Friedrich Air Conditioning Company warrants its electronic air cleaner to be free from defects in workmanship or materials, under normal use and service, for a period of One Year from the date of purchase by the original owner. If at any time during the warranty period, the product is found to be defective or malfunctions, Friedrich Air Conditioning Company will repair or replace the defective part (at its option) and provide the shop labor to repair this electronic air cleaner. This warranty shall not apply if it is shown by FRIEDRICH that the defect or malfunction was caused by neglect or abuse during operation by consumer. The cost of shipping the unit to Friedrich Air Conditioning Company or a service agency shall be covered by the purchaser. The repaired or replaced part or unit will be shipped by Friedrich Air Conditioning Company to the purchaser, freight prepaid. The warranty on any repaired or replacement part shall be for a duration of time no longer than the remaining or unexpired term of the original warranty. This warranty does not cover any other charges incurred by the purchaser. The sole responsibility of FRIEDRICH shall be to repair the product within the terms stated above. FRIEDRICH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED BEYOND THE ONE YEAR DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which can vary from state to state.
At Home Naturally Bedding:
Warranty - Your Assurance of Quality - Your mattress has been hand-crafted with the finest materials available. We are dedicated to producing only the purest, finest quality of sleep systems. The entire Organic Sleep System-a complete mattress, foundation, bedding, and accessory line-is completely covered by a full 10-years non-prorated warranty to the original purchaser. This warranty covers all components and covers against defects in materials and manufacturing. Should a failure occur in any of these components, including the spring, core, basic construction or cover, the manufacturer will gladly repair or replace your mattress and/or box spring at our discretion. Should a needed material not be available, every effort will be made to replace it with one of equal or greater value. You will be asked only to cover the cost of shipping. The warranty is non-transferable. Helpful Tip Attach your invoice or sales receipt to this page after printing it out and file together in a safe place. Should you need to make a warranty claim, you will be asked to present your original invoice.
